The following meetings/committees are held in public. Members of the public are invited to attend and observe if they wish to do so.
Governing Body Meeting
The Governing Body meets in formal public sessions six times a year. It is provided with accurate, timely and clear information so it can maintain full and effective control over strategic, financial, operational, compliance and governance issues.
From 1 April 2018, the Governing Bodies of NHS Redditch and Bromsgrove CCG, South Worcestershire CCG and Wyre Forest CCG will meet in common. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend the public section of the these meetings.

Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting is held every year and provides the public with the opportunity to hear about the work that has taken place over the previous 12 months. At the meeting the Annual Report and Financial Accounts are also presented.

Primary Care Commissioning Committee
The Primary Care Co-Commissioning Committee evaluates service proposals and makes decisions regarding the commissioning of primary care services, ensuring all decisions are underpinned by robust clinical advice and within agreed governance arrangements.

The following committees meet regularly. These meetings are not held in public.
Audit Committee
Audit Committee critically reviews the CCG’s financial reporting and internal control principles and ensures an appropriate relationship with both internal and external auditors is maintained.
Clinical Development and Innovation Group
The Clinical Development and Innovation Group leads and advises on service development ensuring improvements in patient experience, clinical outcomes, efficiency and value for money. It provides a forum for clinical challenge and debate and a focus for joint working, coherence and co-ordination of service development with clear accountability and responsibility.
Clinical Executive Committee
The Clinical Executive Committee oversees the operational management of the CCG, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively, with particular responsibility to ensure the delivery of transformational programmes.
Patient and Stakeholder Advisory Group
The Patient and Stakeholder Advisory Group scrutinises and provides assurance to the CCG of arrangements relating to engagement with patients and carers, public, stakeholders and service users.
Quality Performance and Resources Committee
The Quality Performance and Resources Committee promotes a culture of quality by monitoring the quality and safety of all services that the CCG commissions. It also seeks assurance relating to financial governance across the CCG to secure value for money and receives reports detailing all commissioner and provider performance targets, set both nationally and locally.
Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee recommends to the Governing Body appropriate salaries, payments and terms and conditions of employment.

Worcestershire Area Prescribing Committee (APC) is a strategic decision-making committee of health care provider representatives across Worcestershire operating in a partnership capacity.
